Rugby league fans give hilarious Hull FC Hawaiian shirt response

This comes less than a week after Hawaiian shirts played a role in the night of a former Hull FC man.

Tex Hoy was released from the club earlier this season, and joined Castleford Tigers, for whom he scored a chip-and-chase try against Hull FC in a tight victory.

The Tigers took an impressive away contingent to Ebbsfleet, Kent for a one-off game at the Kuflink Stadium against London Broncos, with a number of fans sporting Hawaiian shirts with Hoy’s face on.

After the game, the notoriously miserable-looking fullback donned the shirt, causing the biggest celebration of the night for supporters!
